The Cook Out Summer Shootout is Charlotte Motor Speedway's weekly summer series for Legend Cars and Bandoleros, contested on the quarter-mile oval on the speedway's frontstretch, where U.S. Legend Cars International was born. Running for more than 30 years, the series fields eight divisions across its Tuesday-night rounds, and NASCAR stars including Chase Elliott, Ryan Blaney and Joey Logano cut their teeth in its Legend Car and Bandolero ranks.
