How to Watch IndyCar in 2026 in the US
Good news for IndyCar fans: it's the easiest major series to watch in 2026, and a lot of it is free. FOX is the exclusive home, and every points race airs on the main FOX broadcast network — meaning an antenna is all you need for the races themselves.
The short answer
All 17 IndyCar points races in 2026 are on the FOX broadcast network — free over the air with an antenna, or on cable and any live-TV service that carries FOX. IndyCar is once again the only premier motorsport series in North America with every race on network TV. Practice and qualifying are the exception: those live on cable FS1/FS2, the FOX Sports app, or FOX's streaming service, FOX One.
The Indianapolis 500
The 110th Indy 500 runs Sunday, May 24, 2026 on the FOX broadcast network. FOX's coverage is a six-hour show starting at 10 a.m. ET, with the green flag around 12:45 p.m. ET. Because it's on the FOX network, you can watch the biggest race in American open-wheel racing completely free with an antenna.
How to stream it
You've got a few options:
- Antenna (free): all 17 races + the Indy 500 on your local FOX station. Doesn't include FS1/FS2 practice, qualifying or Indy NXT.
- FOX One — FOX's direct-to-consumer streaming service at $19.99/mo or $199.99/yr (7-day free trial). It carries the FOX network plus FS1 and FS2, so it covers everything: races, practice, qualifying and Indy NXT, no cable needed.

Indy NXT (the feeder series)
The Indy NXT by Firestone development series is on cable, not the free FOX network: 15 races on FS1 and 2 on FS2, with practice and qualifying across FS1/FS2, the FOX Sports app and FOX One. So for Indy NXT you'll need cable, a live-TV service with FS1/FS2, or FOX One.
