About the 44th 4-Crown Nationals · Finale
Eldora Speedway founder Earl Baltes created the 4-Crown Nationals in 1981 as a single show featuring all four USAC divisions, and its Saturday finale still packs USAC's Silver Crown, National Sprint Car and National Midget features into one night on the half-mile clay oval. Jack Hewitt famously swept all four divisions in 1998. In 2025, Daison Pursley became just the fourth driver in event history to sweep the USAC portion, winning all three features.
