The Billy Whittaker Cars 200 is the Big Block Modified championship race of Super DIRT Week, the crown jewel of Northeast dirt racing first held in 1972 at the New York State Fairgrounds in Syracuse. Buzzie Reutimann won the inaugural event and repeated in 1973; since 2016 the 200 has been run on a temporary clay surface laid over Oswego Speedway. Mat Williamson won in 2025 for the second consecutive year, leading 185 laps to claim his fourth career 200 victory and join Brett Hearn, Stewart Friesen, Billy Decker and Gary Balough as the only drivers with four or more Super DIRT Week 200 wins.

Winning 'the 200' at Super DIRT Week is widely regarded as the biggest single-race achievement in Big Block Modified racing.

Oswego Speedway is a 0.625-mile paved oval in Oswego, New York, built in 1951 and paved the following year. It is best known as a premier venue for supermodified racing.
