The Afton Action 50 is the Short Track Super Series' 50-lap Modified feature at Afton Motorsports Park on the Afton, N.Y., fairgrounds, an event that dates back to at least 2018. In 2025, Canadian Chris Raabe beat Matt Sheppard in his first-ever appearance at the track, leading the final 29 laps to become the 44th different winner in STSS Modified history and earn $5,050.

About Afton Motorsports Park
Afton Motorsports Park is a three-eighths-mile semi-banked clay oval located on the Afton Fairgrounds in Afton, New York. The site was originally built for horse racing in the early 1900s, and weekly stock car racing was introduced in 1991.
