The Whelen Modified Tour first visited Oswego Speedway's 'Steel Palace' in 1988, a season in which Brian Ross won twice at the 0.625-mile New York oval. Tony Hirschman leads all drivers with three tour victories at the track, and the Toyota Mod Classic is the tour's current annual Oswego stop. Ron Silk won the 2025 edition.
