The All American 400 is one of short track racing's most prestigious events, first run at Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway on November 1, 1981, when Butch Lindley led 207 laps to beat a stout 40-car field that included Mark Martin and Dick Trickle. The race's winner receives a signature guitar trophy, and it now serves as the season finale of the ASA STARS National Tour. In 2025, Lebanon, Tennessee's Dawson Sutton passed Cole Butcher late for a hometown-area victory.

Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway is a roughly 0.596-mile paved oval banked at 18 degrees in Nashville, Tennessee. Racing at the fairgrounds dates to 1904, with the current paved half-mile speedway established in the late 1950s.
