The All Star Circuit of Champions, established in 1970, is one of America's oldest 410 sprint car sanctioning bodies; after sitting out 2024 it was revived in 2025 by High Limit Racing co-founders Brad Sweet and Kyle Larson with promoter Rich Farmer as a Midwest-based regional tour. This Freedom Motorsports Park date in Delevan is part of the series' 2026 western New York swing.

Freedom Motorsports Park is a one-third-mile clay dirt oval in western New York's Cattaraugus County. The facility also includes motocross tracks and an off-road ATV course.
